So... it works fine, but cleaning it properly is annoying. It takes more effort than I expected to get it really clean.

The build quality isn’t great. It feels cheap in hand. I expected it to be sturdier.

I’ve never really had any issues with it. It just sorta works whenever I need it to, which is good enough for me.

I found what I needed really quickly... it was simple to use

I’ve been using this for night feeds and it’s handy overall. It does the job, but it does leak a bit sometimes, which can be a little annoying when you’re half asleep

I don’t know, I had a bad gut feeling after waiting so long for a reply, and unfortunately it kind of played out that way. Support took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, my issue still wasn’t really fixed. Just didn’t feel like great service overall

I’ve been really happy with how much this holds. I can fit enough milk for the day without juggling a bunch of extra bottles, which is such a relief when I’m out or at work. I was a little worried it might feel bulky, but it doesn’t take up much space in my bag at all. Super easy to use and just really convenient 🙂

I thought this would be a handy little setup for my desk, and at first it was. But after a few work days, having to keep cleaning it out and refilling it just felt like one more thing to deal with. I’m already tired of products that need constant babysitting, so the upkeep started to annoy me quickly.

I was surprised by how quickly it arrived. You place the order thinking it might take a while, but it showed up super fast and there were no issues at all

I really wanted this to work, and maybe I’m doing something wrong, but it hasn’t been leakproof for me. I tossed it in my work bag like I normally would, and later there was liquid all over my stuff. Not a huge disaster, but still annoying, especially when I’m already rushing around in the morning. So yeah, it’s fine in some ways, but I don’t really trust it in my bag anymore

I bought the Ceres Chill mainly so I could pump at work, and to be fair, it does keep my milk cold like it’s supposed to. That part has been solid. But after paying that much, I expected the pumping setup to feel a lot more straightforward.

Getting it to work with my pump parts was kind of annoying, and I had to mess around with adapters more than I thought I would. Once I figured it out, it was fine, but the whole process made me feel a little unsure about what I’d just paid for. It’s a good cooler overall, I just wish the compatibility side felt less confusing for the price.

The bottle works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but it feels a bit overpriced for what it is. I also never got any follow-up after buying it, which was kind of disappointing. Overall it’s okay, just not sure it’s worth the price.

Took it out for the day and the milk stayed cold for hours. By evening it wasn’t super icy or anything, but still totally fine

I’ve been using my Ceres Chill for a while now, and it’s held up better than a lot of similar stuff I’ve owned in the past. It’s been tossed into diaper bags, dropped a couple times, and it still seals perfectly with no leaks. There are a few tiny marks, but nothing that really matters. It feels super sturdy and like it’ll last me a long time.

I used my Ceres Chill on a weekend trip, it did make packing milk a lot easier. It fit in my bag just fine, and I definitely felt less stressed than I would have carrying a whole cooler around. That said, it felt kind of bulky once it was full, and cleaning it while we were out was more annoying than I thought it would be. Maybe I’m just not used to the routine yet, but it wasn’t quite as effortless as I was expecting. Still helpful, just not perfect.

I’d say some of the accessories are useful, especially the extra parts, but a few of them feel like things I’ll maybe only use once in a while. They work well enough and do what they’re supposed to, but I wouldn’t call them amazing or totally necessary

The packaging was good overall. For something being shipped, I mostly just care that it arrives safely, and in this case it was packed nicely with no damage.

I ended up taking this with me on a day out because I wasn’t sure if I’d need it, and thankfully it fit right into my bag without any fuss. I did notice the weight after carrying it around for a while, so it’s not exactly featherlight, but it was still manageable. Overall, easy to bring along as long as you don’t mind it being a bit heavy

I got this mostly for pumping at work, the cooling has been really reliable. I had milk sitting in my bag through a long workday, and it was still cold by the time I got home, even with my office being warm.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it’s a bit heavier than I expected, and you do have to take a little extra time to clean it. But if you mainly need something that keeps milk cold, it definitely does what it’s supposed to.
